// Attesto 2.0
The independent
proof layer.
Attesto 2.0 sits above your systems as a separate cryptographic evidence layer. It captures critical events, creates tamper-evident proof objects, and makes them independently verifiable — outside the systems being examined.
// Why now
Systems can no longer prove themselves.
AI everywhere
AI systems make consequential decisions. Without external evidence, organisations cannot demonstrate what actually happened when something goes wrong.
Regulatory pressure
EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, and CRA all require verifiable evidence. Evidence controlled by the same system under review does not satisfy independent verification.
Incident accountability
When an incident occurs, logs and reports are only as trustworthy as the environment they came from. Attesto separates evidence from the source.
// Integration
Attesto fits into your stack. It does not replace it.
Event SDK
Submit events from applications, AI systems, and workflows through the Attesto SDK.
REST API
Submit events via HTTP from any system that can make an API call.
Marketplace connectors
Install pre-built connectors from the Attesto Marketplace for common platforms and tools.
Batch import
Import historical records or high-volume event streams in structured batches.
// Witness architecture
No single party controls your evidence.
The Attesto witness plane ensures evidence integrity through independent attestation. Deploy your own Local Vault as a customer-operated witness. Choose quorum policies that match your risk profile.
Local Vault
A customer-operated component that runs in your own infrastructure. Acts as an independent witness and encrypted event relay — fully under your control.
Quorum policies
1-of-1 for simplicity, 2-of-3 for supermajority consensus. Policy is set per evidence stream and governs how many witnesses must agree.
Fork detection
If a stream history is manipulated, the witness plane detects the conflict and generates fork evidence automatically.
